Dear Sir,

This has reference to our chatting just now.

We are one of the biggest manufacturers of Jewellery boxes in India. You can visit our web site ***** for more information.

Now, we are planning to make EVA Soft Spectacle Cases (Optical Cases / Eye Glasses Cases) , as per the photo enclosed. Hence, we wanted somebody to help us in identifying the machine and raw material.

As such, we are looking for some Consultant for technical assistance (technical know-how) for manufacturing EVA Soft Spectacle Cases (Optical Cases / Eye Glasses Cases).
Such consultant should be able to guide us about the machinery required and source the raw material.

In case you are the supplier of machinery, kindly let us know whether you can supply machinery required for making EVA Soft Spectacle Cases (Optical Cases / Eye Glasses Cases)

Please note the following

1) Our target production is 2000 Nos. per day ( 8 hours shift ). We will go for expansion after 6 months.
2) Machinery sourcing is required, Like machinery required for this Outer box forming, Box stitching (Box sewing) machine, jigs and fixutures for fixing Zips etc.
3) Moulds for few models are also required.
4) You will have to arrange trial production of the products in our presence, before despatching the machine to India.

If you are consultant, please note that

1) Raw Material sourcing is required. EVA is bonded with different quality of Polyester for outer finishig as well as inner finishing.
